Breakfast is typically very informal and failing all else, a croissant (brioche in a bar with a cappuccino is not unusual.f you want something more substantial, go for something like fresh fruit and yoghurt.or a real treat, if you see a fruit that looks like an apricot, called nespalone, then try it.t's very juicysweet and is a great refresher.f there's one thing I'd recommend you throwing yourself into, it would be the fresh produce, as there's some great food down there. In terms of fitting in, learn as much Italian as possible and that will be the most useful thing.
