ITALY Readers's Tips - You don't say how long you will be in Italy.e are going for the last 2 weeks in Sept.e start in Venice (3days, Dolomites (3 days, Lake Como (2 days, Parma (1 day, Cinque Terre (4 days.t will be our second time in Cinque Terre.f you have limited time go the Cinque Terre.ust beautiful and well worth going, especially in Sept.ill still be warm, romatic and lovely.

I hear Lake Garda is lovely, but all the lakes are.ake Como is kinda crowded. loved the Dolomites, but nothing beats the Cinque Terra because of the ocean.the hikes andamp; views are just great. would think Milan would be your best bet for airport.you can get a train to anywhere you want to go. Calm down the strike is announced to take place for 24 hours on the 15th and you are not leaving until the 23rd and are really mostly concerned about the 2nd of October, almost three weeks later what is the problem
