I think Ian's suggestion is brilliant If some or all of you are committed to going up the Leaning Tower, make sure to reserve your tickets in advance.Otherwise, you could miss out. My personal opinion.You have more than enough time in Pisa.Unless you want to pay to enter each building in the square and to climb the tower there really isn't much to see execpt the tourist stuff that the vendors are selling.
