ITALY Readers's Tips - We stayed in an apartment in your general neighborhood, (honeymoon and while I don't remember any names of grocers since they are mostly mom and pop type places, I remember places being open on a Sunday.They had reduced hours.But we had no problem shopping on a Sunday.Enjoy your trip Venice is a very special place and still makes me sigh with pleasure everytime I think of Venice.

I will be travelling from Venice to a small town in Tuscany south of Siena.My plan is to take a train from Venice to Florence, rent a car and then drive the rest of the way.
