I agre, the hotel will be her best bet they must have guests all the time who need to make that flight, so this will be no rurprose for them And I agree that going to Rome the day before is smart if it takes one little hiccup, like a foggedin airport in Palermo in the early morning, a mechanical defect that stopped the plane from arriving the night before anything like that, and your sister is in trouble.
