I recommend the Malpensa Shuttle bus to the train station and then a cab to your hotel.Managing two 29inch suitcases plus carryons, which you likely will have, after a long flight, on the subway may save a few euros but I think it might be quite awkward and strenuous.On a Sunday morning, the number of passengers on the subway should be quite low, but I still recommend a cab from the train station. Take the Malpensa Express, then walk if your bags are light and on wheels, or take the Metro (three stops on the red M1 Sesto F. line, or a short cab ride. The private train Malpensa Express takes you to Cadorna which is its endofline station and which is also a Metro station/hub.ake a look at a map Cadorna to the west of the Duomo is about one fourth of the distance to the Duomo than is the Centrale train station (far off to the northeast where the shuttle bus goes.hat you save by taking the cheaper shuttle bus you'll lose again with the higher taxi fare, and since you come in from the West it's further to the Centrale station from where you then double back, so I guess it is a wash in price. But the Malpensa Express is way more comfortable than the 1hour bus that runs through drab suburbs and is not exactly comfortable.
